Market Details

Warm Valley Farm hosts a Thursday afternoon Local Farmers' Market from 3 - 6 PM, May 7th through October 8th. This is our third year hosting the market.

Our intent is to complement the Eastsound Saturday Market, and give local food producers, growers, and makers a mid-week market to share their wares. If you are interested in joining us please get in touch! (warmvalleyfarms@gmail.com).

10’ x 10’ stalls are available for $25 per drop-in session, or $20 per Thursday for the full season—22 market days totaling $440.

If you’re interested, or know a vendor who would be a great fit for our local market, please reach out soon. WiFi is available for point-of-sale systems.

As members of the San Juan Islands Visitors Bureau, we actively help promote the market and love sharing marketing efforts with our vendors. With a strong base of repeat locals and visitors seeking produce, baked goods, cheese, fish, drinks, and gifts, our market offers a vibrant, supportive community. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the seasonal bounty of Orcas Island.

Participating Food Vendor

If you’d like to be a participating Food Vendor, you must also provide a current Temporary Food Service Permit from San Juan County. For more details, contact Kirk Sato, RS, PhD, Environmental Health Specialist - Phone: 360-370-7507 More Information at San Juan County Health and Community Services. The Temporary Food Service Permit form can also be found at: https://www.sanjuanco.com/416/Food-Safety-Program. This is not the same as a Food Handlers Permit, which is also required. A copy of this permit must be provided to the Farm Manager PRIOR to your first day.

All food/vegetable/fruit vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Liability insurance with not less than $1,000,000 minimum coverage is required of all approved vendors. You must send us a copy of a liability insurance certificate after submitting your application naming “Warm Valley Farm LLC” as an additional insured in an email to warmvalleyfarms@gmail.com.
