Heritage Tree fruit

Our orchard has an interesting variety of heirloom fruit trees. Warm Valley Farm started as a pear orchard, back in the fruit export heydays of the late 1890's. Our historic fruit barn was the holding space for hundreds crates of pears, until they could be sent by boat to the mainland. We still have over 61 fruit and nut trees, and plan to plant many more. Many hundreds of pounds of our wonderful apples were sold to Orcas Island Distillery and turned into award winning apple brandy and Eau De Vie.
