Barn Swallow Vintage offers an eclectic mix of vintage, antique, farmhouse, shabby chic, and new decor. We have collectibles, glass wear, baskets, ceramics, art, jewelry, and more. Ready to start consigning your items with us? Fill out the agreement below.

We accept consignments by appointment only. We encourage you to call or text to reserve a spot, or if you have any questions, you can reach Annie at (541) 621-5096.

● We accept select storied goods, vintage, and antique decor, beautiful interior home goods, unique garden decorations, and art. If your items are large, you can send us photos of your items before bringing them in to your scheduled appointment.

● We accept current women’s and men’s clothing, as well as select vintage, and accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and hats (but no shoes). We look for quality name brands, current styles, classic vintage, and predominately natural fiber clothing that is gently used. It needs to be clean and odorless, no holes or stains, with buttons attached, and no pilling.

● Consignors receive 40% of the selling price, the store retains 60%. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, for any reason. If you have an item that is non-negotiable on price, please advise at the time of your in-take and we will mark it accordingly.

● You will need to bring your clothing items on hangers or folded neatly in bags, ironed, clean, and ready for sale.

● We accept a selection of architectural decor and hardware. If your items are large, you can send us photos before bringing them in to your scheduled appointment.

● All consigned items will be available for sale for a total of 90 days. The price will be reduced after 60 days at our discretion. Please Mark your calendar for the end date of your consignment contract.

● All unsold clothing will be donated or become property of The Boardwalk Collective, unless you make an appointment to pick up within seven days of your complected contract. You are responsible to make an appointment to pick them up. Any items left after seven days will be donated and/or become property of the store.

● We reserve the right to donate accepted items which we cannot sell due to rips, stains, holes, etc. that may have been initially overlooked, unless you specify at the time of in-take that you would like them returned to you.

● Payouts: In most circumstances a check can be issued within 24 hours of your request. Earnings from your sales can be used as store credit.

● We take every precaution to safeguard your items while they are in our care, but shoplifting and damage can occur. The Boardwalk Collective and Barn Swallow Vintage will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged goods.

● Any late season consigns will not have as much time on the shop floor. We are closed from Mid October to Mid May, with the exception of our Winter Faire dates. You will need to pick up your items at the end of Winter Faire in December, and reconsign them in mid-May or as the season dictates, or donate them.
